Q: What is the earliest I can check-in?

A: Standard check-in time is 2.00pm but please call and we will try to accommodate your request, subject to cleaning schedules, etc.

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Yes, but again, please call if you plan to arrive after 6.00pm to make arrangements for entry to your room

Q. Is alcohol available at the motel?

Beer, wine, champagne and limited pre-mix drinks are available for purchase by in-house guests at reasonable prices

Q: Do you have undercover parking?

A: An undercover parking space is available for every room and there is plenty of street parking for larger vehicles

Q: The motel is close to the railway line, is noise a problem?

A:  All rooms are double glazed, ensuring peace and quiet - numerous guest comments have confirmed this

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?

A: Smoking is prohibited in every room, under Qld Health Regulations

Q: Do you have meals available?

A: Please enquire at Reception on check-in for details

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

A: Yes, Free WIFI available to all rooms

Q: How close are you to the shops?

A: A couple of minutes by car to Blackwater Town Centre, where you will find a large Woolworths Supermarket, post office, chemist, etc.  There are a number of takeaways within walking distance.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?

A: There is a variety of clubs, pubs and takeaways within easy walking distance or a short drive

Q: Do you have Foxtel?

A: Foxtel is available to all rooms

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior without penalty.
