FAQ & FACILITIES

  • What is the earliest I can check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2.00pm but please call and we will try to accommodate your request, subject to cleaning schedules, etc.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, but again, please call if you plan to arrive after 6.00pm to make arrangements for entry to your room.

  • Is alcohol available at the motel?

    Beer, wine, champagne and limited pre-mix drinks are available for purchase by in-house guests at reasonable prices.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

     An undercover parking space is available for every room and there is plenty of street parking for larger vehicles.

  • The motel is close to the railway line, is noise a problem?

    All rooms are double glazed, ensuring peace and quiet - numerous guest comments have confirmed this.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Smoking is prohibited in every room, under Qld Health Regulations

  • Do you have meals available?

    Please enquire at Reception on check-in for details.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, Free WIFI available to all rooms.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    A couple of minutes by car to Blackwater Town Centre, where you will find a large Woolworths Supermarket, post office, chemist, etc.  There are a number of takeaways within walking distance.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    There is a variety of clubs, pubs and takeaways within easy walking distance or a short drive.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    Free Foxtel is available to all rooms.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior without penalty.

  • Undercover parking for each unit, limited visitor parking. Ample street parking for extra large vehicles.

Guest Services

  • Free guest use of laundry facilities (washing powder provided); Guest BBQ area; Ice machine.

Property Features 

  • 22 Executive Queen Rooms; 2 Queen Rooms for disabled or elderly access (large bathrooms) and 4 Twin Rooms (queen & single beds). All rooms serviced daily. Hairdryer & high quality toiletries provided.
  • Spacious accommodation with quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings - dual lock up wardrobes in each room - workers on a rotating roster can leave personal belongings for next time. 
  • Well appointed modern kitchenette with large fridge and microwave oven.
  • All rooms have airconditioning and ceiling fans.

  • Free WIFI & Foxtel in all rooms.

Dining

  • Evening meals are available on chargeback basis from two local hotel restaurants - please contact Manager for details.
  • The motel is licenced for sale of alcohol (beer, wine, champagne and limited premix drinks) to in-house guests. 
  • A room is available during the day to host small meetings or conferences. Please discuss with Manager.
